Mindful Yoga er en programserie, der kombinerer de fysiske og mentale fordele ved at dyrke blid, rolig yoga med mindfulness-teknikker og meditation. Formålet med programmet er at inspirere andre lokale kvinder i regionen. Programmet præsenteres af Sonja Bomberg, indehaver af Circle of Mindfulness. Her kommer Afsnit 2.
